sheesh i think there takin them and using it to pay fer there groceries....er....clothes....er...pesonal items.
god they just eat our money like they breath air!!!

i think there usin our money to pay fer unnesisary 'needs' to 'help' the cumminity. they prolly dont know that there wasting the money, other than using it for other puposes that are more important things. omg people...
